The trends in farming that Indian youth deny to foresee

India is an agricultural country.Agriculture is the "only" largest sector for employment.Jobs aside, India needs to shift from basic farming to more sustainable,and productive farming.Moreover, growing more crops is not the solution for providing employment.

When we talk about the Trends in farming , farmers are not aware of the modern technology used. So, youth are the ones who want to implement their knowledge in the field of agriculture to improve crops and it's economy.

      

Many youngsters have joined hands to develop and improve in the agricultural sector.

It not permitte d only for the agriculture graduates ,apart from them many youth who have done their masters , engineering,doctor are involving in improving our backbone (agriculture).

 Example:THE REAL HERO AROUND US

        There are real heroes around us but we people really do not recognise them.They work hard not for the fame,not for the appreciation. Instead,they try to sort out the problems.

         We have our hemmeya kannadiga named SANTHOSH KAVERI from Belgaum is one such hero who belongs to economically weaker section.But he dint give up.He wanted to become an entrepreneur.Kaveri enrolled himself to Lead Programme at Deshpande Foundation to bring his ideas to shape.

      As he was from agricultural background he noticed the problems faced by the farmers from the grass root level ,he thought of implementing his innovations to sort out their problems.He kept himself busy in the field from very young age and attended classes to make sure his studies weren't affected.

    Kaveri came up with simple innovation like brake system for bullock cart were cart can be controlled using brakes,Also carrot cleaning machine were farmers faced difficulty in cleaning and many such innovations came up gradually for all his ideas he was awarded "BEST LEADER" by RATAN TATA IN 2013.

     While most of us wants only degree , certificates,and work experience were as this kind of youngsters will not wait for opportunities to come but always be ready to sort out issues and improve in innovative way.

     There are many more examples were many youngsters have come up with their ideas to improve agriculture.But most of us not bodhered about what is happening around us.Due to selfishness people stopped caring and helping one another.If that is the situation then their is no humanity within us ,no growth or development will be seen in any feild.

     It not only for the farmers but evenly all the humans are dependent on food.So, all the youth should joins hands to improve agriculture in a innovative way.

      When we hear to such lessons or stories it gives moral to us .It shows dedication,hardwork and self-beleif.

It is important to make changes in agricultural sector ,As trends are seen in technology and fashion it gives out nice outfit and shows our intelligence but does not make our stomach happy Everyone should be wealthy in health which inturn gives us wealth.

So youth should involve themselves and bring awareness among people to bring changes in agricultural fields .
